Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager with experience in the hospitality sector to supervise daily activities, inventories, and support continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily activity coordination and rest shift management 2. Inventory review and audit, with purchase tracking 3. Support for continuous improvement of operational processes Lumina is a company dedicated to the tourism industry, focused on the accommodation sector, with presence in 9 cities across the Mexican Republic. We are looking for our next Junior Operations Manager: What do you need? \- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector. \- Experience supervising housekeeping and laundry operations. \- Basic knowledge of maintenance. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities with respective departments. \- Assign rest shifts. \- Review and audit inventories. \- Submit purchase requests and track deliveries. \- Support continuous process improvement.
