Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, AutoCAD Competencies: Leadership. Analytical, synthetic, and logical reasoning skills. Mathematical and numerical abilities. Teamwork, empathy, motivation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Results-oriented. Responsibilities: Supervise, control, and report: * Quality of work execution. * Specifications during work execution. * Actual progress of work. * Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Daily activities performed by contractor personnel. Carry out: * Material and human resource requisitions. * Payroll/attendance lists. * Generators, estimates, costs, and unit prices. * Base budgets, organization, and qualification of construction bids. Execute delivery-reception of projects. Attend project and site meetings. Manage personnel and suppliers. Review, control changes, and modifications at the construction site.
