We are currently looking for personnel for the position of **Branch Manager** for a company in the plywood manufacturing industry. **Position Objective:** Ensure forest supply, company administration, and raw material processing. **Job Requirements:** * Hold a bachelor's degree in forestry or related field * Have 4 years of experience in administrative areas * Reside in **Santiago Yaveo, Nuevo Ocotlán, Oaxaca** or have availability for relocation or commuting at own expense. (Accommodation facilities available on site) * Availability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday * Supervision of personnel * Advanced negotiation skills * Forest supply management * Results-oriented **Job Knowledge:** * Forestry knowledge * Administrative and personnel management knowledge * Wood harvesting knowledge **General Job Responsibilities:** * Design and implement forest supply plans * Coordinate harvesting contracts and agreements with ejidos, communities, and private suppliers * Supervise wood extraction, transportation, and reception at the plant * Oversee raw material inventories * Ensure proper maintenance of extraction and processing equipment * Ensure correct company administration (administrative records and controls, financial and human resource requirements, etc.) * Ensure proper transformation of raw materials (sawmill functionality) **We Offer:** * Base salary of $20,000.00 to $22,000.00 monthly gross * Benefits according to law: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, Christmas bonus, profit sharing * Work schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, day off on Sundays.
