Job Description** We seek a physically active professional with a vocation for holistic female wellness, passionate about functional training and working with women over 30 years of age. The ideal candidate must possess clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a focus on safe and progressive outcomes, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and personalized experience for each client. **2. Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break **3. Workplace** At Calle Porfirio Diaz 157, Colonia Reforma, Oaxaca de Juárez, in the fitness studio “360 JAZ”. **4. Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement **training plans** for small groups and groups of \+8 people; * Apply **functional exercises and strength training**, use of pulley systems, TRX system—all specifically tailored for women aged \+30; * Conduct **initial assessments** for new clients to identify physical limitations, injuries, or pathologies; * Establish **safe exercise goals** for clients; * Perform **monthly assessments** to track progress, measure physical improvements, and adjust training plans accordingly; **5. Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or related fields such as Sports Sciences or Nutrition Knowledge: Basic knowledge of functional exercises and muscular strengthening (strength training), ability to identify injuries, discomforts, and physical limitations Skills: Excellent client service, communication, empathy, professionalism, group management, and professional appearance Attributes: Organization, responsibility in documentation handling, software proficiency, and basic Microsoft Office suite skills Other (Optional): Familiarity with or willingness to learn EMSculpt NEO and TRX systems. **7.
