What do we offer? Upon starting Initial gross monthly salary: $9,451.00 (for the first 3 months). Initial net monthly total: $9,071.00 in biweekly payments of $4,536.00 each. After 3 months: Gross monthly salary: $11,409.00 Net monthly total: $10,230.00 in biweekly payments of $5,115.00 each. Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. Additionally: Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. Year-end bonus, profit-sharing, and double savings fund. Vacation days and additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. Official non-working days and those established by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV). Position Characteristics Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 100% office-based work. Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the state. Responsibilities Conducting workshops on team integration and strengthening. Monitoring and tracking workplace climate, promoting integration, leadership, and collaborative work. Planning, coordinating, and managing logistics for institutional events. Attending to and resolving incidents related to workplace climate. What are we looking for in a candidate? Intern or graduate in Psychology, Communication, or Pedagogy. At least 6 months of experience in related fields. Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods (to 9 states across the country; travel expenses covered by the company).
