We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT with leadership, communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead work teams and contractors. **Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect. Immediate availability to relocate to the project location. **Mandatory requirements:** * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Knowledge of construction and project planning. * Knowledge of cost estimation and budget management. * Planning and management of construction site safety. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project objectives. * Project management using project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of all activities at the construction site.
