**MENSCH MEXICO is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Centro - Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for an experienced branch manager to lead our sales team and ensure excellent customer service. We are a financial institution with over 20 years in the market, dedicated to providing individual loans nationwide. We seek a talented individual capable of managing branch operations and achieving targets according to established policies. **OFFER** * **Base salary:** $9,900 gross per month. * **Startup bonus:** $6,000 (first three months). **\+ Statutory benefits.** **\+ Uncapped commissions (sales originated by you and your team).** * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM\. * **Direct employment with the company.** * Incentives and awards for exceeding additional goals. * Per diems and operational work tools (utility vehicle and fuel).**Valid driver's license required.** * Mobile phone. * **Work area**: Santiago Pinotepa and surrounding areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage recruitment and conversion of new advisors. * Train newly hired advisors, as well as retain and keep experienced advisors updated. * Conduct daily field accompaniment. * Develop weekly work plans for the branch and field. * Review sales reports. * Attend to customers and authorities visiting the branch. **PROFILE** **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred.
