**Talent-E Consulting seeks a Store Assistant Manager in San Sebastian Tutla \- San Sebastián Tutla, Oaxaca** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Offered:** Initial monthly salary of $15,000.00 MXN. Opportunity for salary increases based on competencies and performance (quarterly). Training on internal processes and company systems. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in economics-administration, industrial engineering, or related field (completed; professional title and license preferred). Minimum experience: 1 year in similar assistant management and supervisory roles. Knowledge: Inventory management, effective communication, personnel management, customer service, computer equipment operation, Office suite (intermediate Excel), decision-making, and conflict resolution. Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 20:00 (including lunch break). Midweek day off. **Responsibilities:** Coordinates general branch activities, verifies staff attendance and punctuality, ensures proper allocation of human and material resources, checks branch cleanliness and order, supervises operational and cash-handling procedures, follows up on pending tasks, handles and resolves customer incidents, supports sales activities when required by operations, and guarantees proper branch closing—ensuring all areas are clean, orderly, and in optimal condition at the end of the shift.
