Your primary objective will be to design and produce original, engaging, and high-quality content that emotionally connects with our fanbase across all formats. What challenges will you face? ● Creative Conceptualization: Generate disruptive ideas and innovative formats (Reels, TikToks, live coverage, action photography) that resonate with the audience. ● Production and Editing: Serve as the end-to-end owner of content—from capturing video and photos at the stadium to final editing with high-impact storytelling. ● Trend Mastery: Identify viral sounds, challenges, and narratives and swiftly adapt them to the world of baseball. ● Grid Synergy: Collaborate with the Community Manager to populate the editorial calendar with visual assets aligned with strategic objectives. ● Visual Identity: Ensure every video or design consistently reflects the brand’s essence, colors, and strength. What are we looking for in you? ● Visual Storytelling: Ability to uniquely convey the emotion of a home run or behind-the-scenes moments of players. ● Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro). ● Agility: Capacity to produce high-quality content in real time during games. ● Personal Equipment (Preferred): Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and stabilizers, or expert-level skill in high-end mobile content creation.
