**JOB MISSION:** The Collection Manager is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from customers, maintaining a healthy cash flow, and minimizing the risk of delinquency. This position involves interacting with customers to resolve disputes, negotiating payment agreements, and ensuring compliance with established collection policies, all while maintaining a positive customer relationship. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably aged between 25 and 45 years * Minimum 1 YEAR of experience in field collections * Completed high school education * Must know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid license (100% FIELD WORK) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Regularly contact customers to ensure compliance with payment agreements.
