Job Description: We are a Mexican company importing furniture and accessories. Our objective is to meet the needs of project developers. We are currently recruiting for a new position: **CARPENTRY ASSISTANT** Assist in detailing and preparing basic information for carpentry production, ensuring components are fabricated with correct dimensions, proper assembly, and finish, in accordance with supervisor instructions and workshop standards. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Mark, measure, and layout carpentry components according to drawings or instructions. * Assist in preparing simple cut lists. * Verify measurements prior to cutting and assembly. * Identify components, hardware, and materials required for each piece of furniture. * Assist in assembling and adjusting furniture in the workshop. * Report errors, shortages, or dimensional inconsistencies. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area. * Comply with workshop safety and hygiene regulations. * Assist with loading, unloading, and installation as required. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * High school diploma. **Experience:** * Basic experience in carpentry or workshop work. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Basic use of measuring tools (tape measure, square). * Basic knowledge of materials (wood, MDF, plywood). * Familiarity with cutting and assembly techniques. * Ability to follow simple instructions and drawings. **BENEFITS** Base salary: $13,000.00 monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Weekly payroll payment Statutory benefits (100% contribution) Attendance and punctuality bonus: $500.00 monthly Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: $13,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
