This role involves leading and managing a multi\-functional team across safety, quality, engineering, and cost performance for Spectra\-strip product lines. The Operation Manager will be accountable for meeting and improving the business P\&L while driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operation. * Partner with Materials, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with customer and business unit targets. * Direct responsibility for the efficient operations of the Spectra\-strip production line. * Accountable for the business P\&L, ensuring financial margins are met and improved. * Determine and implement world\-class quality control mindsets and standards. * Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks, utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement. * Provide leadership to junior staff, including establishing objectives, setting goals, and managing accountability for deliverables. * Manage production operation expenses and budgets for the production center, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs and capital expenses. * Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure new products meet quality and productivity standards, utilizing a technical review process for product release. * Ensure that health and safety regulations are met. ### **Requisitos** * Engineering Degree * 5 years of experience in a similar role * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * Focused on results and cost reduction * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles * Strong leadership skills * Excellent communication abilities If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and lead a dynamic team, we invite you to apply!
