Job Summary: Exitus Credit is seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field operations, negotiating and closing payment commitments, and locating delinquent customers. Locating and identifying delinquent customers FIELD COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT At Exitus Credit, we are looking for Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts within assigned areas through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Responsibilities * + Collection of overdue accounts through in-home collection * • Management of overdue payments • Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * + Locating and identifying delinquent customers + Monitoring and tracking of assigned territory We Offer * + Base salary of $10,000 NET per month + Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary + Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) + Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary + 12 days of vacation + Vacation premium of 25% Requirements * + Minimum education level: High school (incomplete or completed) + Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) + Personal motorcycle + Valid driver’s license + Availability for frequent travel + Tolerance for pressure and rejection + Negotiation and follow-up skills + Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability + Availability for fieldwork
