




Prestigious Car Dealership Seeks Customer Service Representative for Sales and After-Sales Requirements: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related fields Experience: 2 years in related roles within customer service sectors, preferably automotive Responsibilities: * Work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, and address concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective management of all sales and after-sales interactions * Manage customer interactions: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally through appropriate communication channels: in person, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, or any other * Conflict resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image * Analyze customer feedback and comments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase customer satisfaction * Provide daily updates to senior management on the progress of each case or request * Maintain records of relevant interactions for follow-up and continuous improvement Proficiency in software and technology After-Sales DMS, Sales CRM, Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, Outlook, Technology Usage (Smartphone, Tablet), and Outlook Management We Offer: Monthly base salary of $8,400 including statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,399.00 - $8,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
