




Position Summary: The Administrative Analyst provides operational support in the administrative and accounting management of projects, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping. Monitoring of procurement and contracting processes Primary Function The Administrative Analyst provides operational support in the administrative and accounting management of projects, ensuring timely recording of transactions, accurate monthly accounting integration for closings, and proper organization and safeguarding of administrative and financial documentation, in accordance with Heifer International policies and procedures and applicable local laws. Additionally, the role monitors procurement and contracting processes in alignment with the POA, compiles supplier files, contracts, and purchase orders, and supports tracking of deliveries, payments, and contractual deadlines
