Fosters leadership, problem-solving, and customer service ***Job Objective:*** Ensure excellence in employee transportation service through on-site supervision of vehicles, proper assignment of operators, and direct attention to the needs of our commercial clients. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * **On-site Supervision:** Physically monitor vehicles in service and verify fueling procedures. * **Customer Service:** Visit clients to review pending items, present services, collect suggestions, and coordinate improvements. * **Operator Management:** Assign routes, handle incidents, manage shift changes, and process reports. * **Administrative Control:** Weekly review of checklists and documentation generated by operators. * **Vehicle Maintenance:** Coordinate with the workshop department to report and track vehicle repairs. ***Requirements:*** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years as a Route Supervisor, Traffic Supervisor, or Employee Transportation Coordinator (preferred). * **Skills:** Excellent customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and operational staff management abilities. * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site and travel to various service locations. * **Driver's License:** Valid (specify whether commercial or personal). ***We Offer:*** * Competitive monthly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Seniority bonus. * Work tools.
