Software Engineer (Semi Senior) **Modality: Remote | Position open in LATAM** **Base location: CDMX** We are looking for talent across **LATAM**, regardless of your location. You will play a key role in building scalable applications using modern technologies, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain **backend and frontend** application components. * Work with **cloud infrastructure**, primarily **AWS**, to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. * Collaborate with **product managers, designers, and other engineers** to deliver high-quality features. * Write **clean, efficient, and well-documented code** in JavaScript and related technologies. * Participate in **code reviews, testing, and continuous integration** to ensure quality. * Work under **agile methodologies**, participating in dailies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Stay up to date with technological trends and contribute new ideas to the team. Requirements * More than **2 years of experience** in **full-stack development**, with solid knowledge of backend and frontend. * Proficiency in **JavaScript** and frameworks such as **Node.js and TypeScript**. * Experience with **Python and/or Golang**. * Experience with **Flutter and/or Flutterflow**. * Experience with cloud services, especially **AWS** (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, among others). * Knowledge of **RESTful APIs**, **SQL/NoSQL** databases, and **microservices** architectures. * Experience with **agile methodologies** such as Scrum or Kanban. * Strong **problem-solving skills** and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. * Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. * Excellent communication skills and a **proactive attitude**. Desirable * Experience with **serverless architectures** or **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and **DevOps practices**. * Understanding of testing frameworks such as **Jest or Mocha**, and good testing practices.
