Summary: Seeking a Way4 Implementation Engineer to manage client engagement, solution design, development support, comprehensive testing, and system handover in a dynamic FinTech environment. Utilize strong technical and problem-solving skills **Role Overview:** Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Way4 Implementation Engineer. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Client Engagement:** Interact with clients at various implementation stages, including on\-site deployments. * **Requirements Gathering:** Collect necessary data to analyze and design Way4 implementation solutions. * **Development Support:** Participate in the implementation of system enhancements and customizations. * **Testing:** Conduct comprehensive testing of Way4 releases (Functional, Performance/Load, Integration, Regression, and UAT). * **System Handover:** Oversee the transition of the implemented system into production and resolve any incidents arising during the go\-live phase. * **Technical Support:** Provide technical support and maintenance for payment system implementation projects. * **Configuration \& Installation:** Configure, tune, and install Way4 modules and components. * **Troubleshooting:** Perform root cause analysis by examining application logs and system software (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux). * **Release Management:** Prepare installation packages for delivered software. * **Documentation:** Create and update software installation guides and technical documentation. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with QA, Analytics, and Development teams. * **Full Lifecycle Involvement:** Actively participate in all stages of system rollout, including installation, end\-user training, and testing. **Requirements:** **Professional Experience:** * Proven track record in implementing and supporting high\-load distributed systems. * FinTech background is essential (experience with Core Banking Systems/ABS or Payment Processing Centers). * Strong hands\-on experience with various Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux). * Administration experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Solaris. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. * Experience with industry\-standard tools: Jira, Confluence, SVN, Git, VMware, PL/SQL Developer, etc. (preferred). **Education:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, or Physics. * Additional degree in Finance or Economics is a significant advantage. **Skills \& Knowledge:** * Deep understanding of DBMS theory and practice (development and/or administration). * Proficiency in PL/SQL (ability to read and write complex queries/code). * Knowledge of any OOP language (Java or similar) at a code\-reading level. * Foundational knowledge of IT system maintenance and testing principles. * Practical experience in testing large\-scale distributed software systems. * English and Spanish: Upper\-Intermediate level for business communication. **Soft Skills:** * Strong problem\-solving mindset and a "deep dive" approach to technical issues. * Ability to multitask and think systematically. * Positive professional motivation and a constructive attitude. * High level of responsibility and a proactive life stance. * Excellent communication skills and a continuous learning mindset.
