**QUALITY ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technician in food, food engineer, or related field. * Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety. * No issues accessing the work area, San Juan de Ocotán **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Determine acceptance or rejection of PRODUCTS based on compliance with internal specifications * Release production lines at the beginning and end of shift, cleaning releases between allergen changes during processing, review allergen labeling according to established criteria * Approve or reject in-process or finished products according to established criteria * Perform physicochemical analyses on finished or in-process products * Conduct scale validations * Take retention samples * Review GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Job type: Full time Salary: $2,240.00 - $2,788.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site job
