Due to growth, we are seeking Engineering Operations Coordinator To join our team and support project management, operational tracking, and engineering department coordination, contributing to the fulfillment of our quality and service standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate project status meetings and provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Monitor SLA compliance, internal processes, and metrics via dashboards. Manage pre-sales, service, and technical support requests, ensuring timely follow-up. Provide administrative support for engineering projects and services. Support the creation and control of technical documentation, reports, certifications, and training programs. Centralize operational information and ensure accurate communication among engineering, internal departments, and customers as applicable. Standardize and improve engineering department operational processes. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Microsoft 365: Teams (collaboration and tracking) SharePoint (document management) OneDrive (version control and storage) Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (tracking, KPIs, reporting) PowerPoint and Word Microsoft Project (project planning and tracking) Knowledge of project processes: Task tracking Time, deliverable, and dependency control REQUIREMENTS: 2–4 years of experience in: Operational coordination Project control, administrative support for technical teams Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
