**Digital innovation consulting firm seeks: UX/UI Designer / Freelancer** **Academic background:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Innovation, or related fields. * **Professional experience:** Minimum 4 years designing digital products (web and mobile) with a UX/UI focus. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (ability to collaborate with international teams and clients). **Key skills:** * Clear, persuasive, and innovation-oriented communication. * Strategic thinking with holistic product vision. * High aesthetic sensibility and excellence in visual execution. * Ability to influence and lead through design. **Main responsibilities:** * Define and evolve the visual language of digital products, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and innovation. * Design modern, intuitive, and functional experiences that align with business objectives and real user needs. * Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, focus groups) and translate findings into actionable insights. * Build strategic tools such as archetypes (personas), customer journeys, and service maps. * Collaborate with stakeholders to present and defend design proposals, integrating creativity, data, and technical feasibility. * Inspire the team with trends, fresh ideas, and best practices in design and user experience. * Act as a mentor, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of innovation. **Required knowledge and tools:** * Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. * Fluent use of collaborative tools (Google Workspace). * UX methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean UX, among others. * Experience in user research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. **We offer:** * Competitive salary * 100% remote work * Monday–Friday schedule * Freelance contract Employment type: Full-time Salary: $29,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Experience: * Designing digital products (web and mobile): 4 years (Preferred) * UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX): 3 years (Preferred) * Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years (Preferred) * Conducting estimations: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: Remote
