Job Description A manufacturing-sector company specializing in the production of drilling tools and equipment is seeking a **CNC Operator** to join its plant in Guadalupe, Monterrey. We are looking for personnel with prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally possessing knowledge of CNC machinery operation and production processes. Candidates from sectors such as metal-mechanical manufacturing, general industry, and automotive manufacturing will be considered. Responsibilities * Operate CNC machinery in accordance with established production procedures and standards. * Load and unload materials into and from the machine. * Monitor equipment performance during operation. * Verify basic dimensions and specifications of manufactured parts. * Perform basic operational adjustments to ensure process quality. * Comply with the plant’s safety, quality, and production guidelines. * Report any deviations, failures, or incidents detected during operation. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Collaborate with production and maintenance departments to ensure operational continuity. Requirements * Technical vocational education, technical high school diploma, or verifiable experience operating industrial machinery. * Minimum of **1 to 3 years** of experience operating CNC machinery or in industrial manufacturing processes. * Experience working in manufacturing, metal-mechanical, industrial, or automotive plants. * Basic knowledge of CNC machinery operation. * Familiarity with manufacturing operational processes. * Basic ability to interpret work instructions and technical specifications. * Availability to work on-site in Guadalupe, Monterrey. * Current residence in Monterrey or its metropolitan area (**mandatory**).
