Main responsibilities: * Plan operational schedules to prevent delays in order fulfillment, product inspection, packaging, receiving, labeling, etc. * Analyze performance indicator (KPI) compliance. * Optimize area resources and supplies. * Supervise assigned personnel and promote teamwork. * Reconcile physical inventory versus system records. * Determine warehouse staff shift schedules. * Conduct second-filter job interviews. * Verify training for newly hired personnel. * Monitor credit notes versus physical picking versus items.
