




Administrative 1 month ago 4 Years of Experience ### **Description** **Objective** Ensure the operation of treasury and the financial stability of the organization through efficient management of its financial resources, as well as support in securing financing lines, in order to optimize financial performance, guarantee necessary liquidity for daily operations, and support the organization's growth and sustainability. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts, anticipating liquidity needs and investment opportunities. * Supervise the billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording and timely collection. * Manage accounts payable, prioritizing payments according to internal policies and agreed terms with suppliers. * Negotiate and manage credit and financing lines, obtaining the best conditions from financial institutions. * Analyze and propose strategies to optimize liquidity, including short-term investments and efficient working capital management. * Implement and maintain internal controls that reduce financial risks without affecting operations. * Prepare periodic reports on cash flow, financing, and treasury results for management and leadership. * Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure proper integration and reconciliation of financial information. * Evaluate and propose improvements in treasury and financing processes, incorporating technological tools and best practices. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all financial operations, including electronic banking, petty cash, and travel advances. ### **Requirements** * Availability to travel * Advanced conversational English * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets * Experience in managing electronic banking, accounts receivable and payable, payment control, billing, and collections. * Experience in optimizing financial processes and implementing internal controls. * Preparation of financial reports for leadership or management. * Treasury management, including cash flow administration and reconciliations. * Financing management, including negotiation of credit lines and bank relationships.
