Mission: Provide technical service for maintenance, repairs, warranties, commissioning, and technical support to customers located in the domestic market. Responsibilities: * General maintenance of compressors. * Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. * Administrative tasks such as updating the system regarding service reports, preparing service budgets, and tracking warranty claims. * Assisting customers by responding to service calls, inquiries, and email questions. * Participating in bids for annual/periodic service contracts. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or technical certification (automotive mechanics, machine tools, industrial mechanics) or relevant experience in the compressor sector or similar (at least two years). * Must have strong mechanical aptitude. * Previous experience in an industrial or mechanical environment. * Ability to read general wiring diagrams and P&IDs. * Must possess theoretical, practical, and technical-mechanical knowledge of compressors. * Requirement to travel at least 75% of the time, within and outside Mexico.
