Job Summary: Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring proper operation and preservation of work areas. Key Points: 1. Support for basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. 2. Perform preventive maintenance and detect faults in facilities. 3. Service-oriented attitude and teamwork for general maintenance. Job Objective: Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring proper operation and preservation of work areas. Main Responsibilities: * Assist with basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. * Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment. * Assist in identifying and reporting faults or defects. * Keep tools and work areas clean and organized. * Assist with moving and installing furniture or equipment. * Follow instructions from the maintenance supervisor. * Comply with company-established safety and hygiene regulations. * Conduct facility inspection rounds when required. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Basic experience in general maintenance (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and hand tools. * Flexible working hours. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
