Plan RAD and messenger routes. 2. Work under the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. 3. Analyze and follow up on Commercial Promise non-compliance reports. 4. Generate the RAD planning report in SIP-WEB. 5. Supervise that your team collects all required customer receipt acknowledgment documents completely. 6. Assign corresponding routes to drivers. 7. Monitor RAD routes (geolocation). 8. Analyze and follow up on RAD route reengineering. 9. Inform the Branch Manager via email the summary of waybills that were not delivered. 10. Validate the RAD vehicle departure process in SIPWEB. 11. Print the departure logbook to be signed by driver and warehouse operator. 12. Periodically review the report of goods with delivery issues. 13. Supervise that your team does not deliver goods with COD service if it has not been paid in advance by the destination customer. 14. Notify the reason for RAD cancellation via email to the Documentation Leader or the Origin Branch Manager, to follow up on problematic waybills received. 15. Prepare a format with RAD staff attendance data and send it to HR for bonus payment. 16. Supervise the delivery of goods to the driver for scanning and proper arrangement in the RAD vehicle. 17. Request retention of goods in Warehouse upon customer request. 18. Request support from the collections department to coordinate pending collections with special timing. 19. Review and follow up on electronic signatures. 20. Review and follow up on delivery validations. 21.
