**ABOUT THE COMPANY** Group of Premium Private Schools, with educational levels: Early Education, Preschool, Elementary and Middle School, invites you to participate in the Recruitment and Selection process for the position of: **Kitchen Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: High School * Experience: At least 2 years in similar positions preferred. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to work independently and as part of a team. * Honest. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation according to the school's daily menu. * Wash, peel, and chop ingredients to facilitate dish preparation. * Cook and heat food following chefs' instructions and respecting times and temperatures. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. * Collaborate in assembling and plating food before distribution. * Organize and store food properly to prevent spoilage. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas after each service. * Assist in receiving supplies and verifying their quality and quantity. * Follow quality control procedures in food preparation and preservation. * Provide support to the chef or kitchen supervisor in any assigned tasks to optimize the operation of the school kitchen.
