Description

Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises traffic operations, ensuring unit assignment, maintenance, documentation, and corporate image standards, as well as managing personnel and customer relations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Traffic operations coordination and unit assignment 2. Unit supervision, documentation, and corporate image management 3. Personnel management and customer needs handling Coordinate the company's traffic operations, ensuring timely unit assignment according to customer requirements and verifying that units comply with preventive maintenance services, valid documentation, and required corporate image standards; additionally supervise that assigned Operators adhere to all safety measures and pre-shift protocols. · Conduct daily supervision to ensure all operational units meet corporate image requirements, and that their documentation and tools are fully complete and satisfactory. · Address customer needs promptly by holding periodic meetings with customers to gather feedback on the service provided. · Hold regular meetings with assigned Operators to deliver safety talks and/or recommendations, and to inform them of company policies. · Negotiate with community representatives to ensure smooth unit operations and minimize service interruptions. Authorize, in coordination with Unit Operators, unit entry into the Mechanical Workshop for preventive and/or corrective maintenance services. Promptly request the Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to process external service orders for units experiencing failures or malfunctions. · Promptly address customer requests for special units, coordinating and controlling equipment based on unit positioning and actual availability. · Supervise and ensure that assigned personnel (Operators) participate in relevant courses and training related to their competencies.
