Focus on innovation and technology in recruitment A reputable company in the CLEANING and PRIVATE SECURITY services industry is looking for **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION STAFF** REQUIREMENTS: · Field and mass recruitment experience · Service-oriented · Excellent appearance · Ability to work with people RESPONSIBILITIES: · Execute recruitment plans according to staffing demand. · Analyze short- and medium-term talent needs with department leaders. · Post job openings on portals, social media, and internal channels. · Verify that candidates meet required qualifications and key competencies. · Maintain relationships with job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies. · Implement employee referral programs and job fairs. · Innovation and Technology · Utilize AI tools, databases, and ATS to optimize processes.
