Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates daily production at the plant, leading operational staff to ensure quality and achievement of targets in a foundry environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads teams and resolves floor-level issues to ensure production. 2. Directly responsible for quality and daily production targets. 3. Training and continuous improvement of operational staff. **Production Supervisor (Foundry Area)** **$6,000 weekly NET** **Rotating shifts** **Statutory benefits** **What will you do?** * Supervise operational staff on the plant floor * Ensure daily production is completed on time and to specification * Coordinate work teams and resolve floor-level issues * Train staff and improve their performance * Verify proper use of safety equipment * Maintain order, cleanliness, and discipline in the area * Prepare production reports * Supervise product quality (including alloy chemistry) **Important:** This position is both **operational and administrative**. It is not just supervision: **you are directly accountable for successful daily production.** Work takes place in a foundry environment (hot, demanding). **Requirements:** * Industrial production experience (foundry experience preferred) * Experience managing personnel * Availability to work rotating shifts * Leadership character and ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $6,000.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
