Supervise equipment to ensure product quality Polyurethane Supervisor Age: 25\-40 years old Education: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of industrial machinery * Knowledge of chemical products * Knowledge of polyurethane handling Experience: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in polyurethane handling Skills: * Technical skills to operate and understand the polyurethane process * Skills to operate automated and manual equipment used in polyurethane production * Problem-solving skills * Teamwork ability * Attention to detail * Ability to follow safety procedures and teamwork protocols Responsibilities: * Participate in planning daily production activities * Collaborate in identifying hazards and planning preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment * Execute daily polyurethane operation activities according to established procedures * Conduct visual inspections to ensure continuous equipment operation * Continuously monitor polyurethane equipment operation to ensure products meet specifications Workplace: On-site employment
