Mission * Manage the plant/DC reception according to assigned tasks to ensure proper reception and routing of suppliers and visitors. Responsibilities **Answer and route telephone calls, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring appropriate reception and routing to maintain effective and efficient internal communication.** * Route incoming telephone calls to the corresponding departments. * Receive visitors and ensure compliance with established security procedures. * Coordinate and notify the relevant employee of the visitor’s arrival. * Maintain the company’s internal extension list up to date. **Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure accurate distribution and prevent loss, thereby guaranteeing efficiency in information flow.** * Receive and consolidate correspondence for distribution. * Coordinate correspondence delivery across departments. * Prepare shipping guides and track dispatched correspondence. **Provide administrative assistance to support daily operational order.** * Ensure correct execution of assigned tasks. * Coordinate meeting room schedules. * Maintain and assist in organizing files and documents. * Support logistics for departmental meetings and events. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Reception experience (1 year). Knowledge * Administrative Competency (Intermediate). * Communication (Advanced). * Office \& Windows (Intermediate).
