We are expanding in Apodaca, Nuevo León, and we are looking for our next OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR What are we looking for? * Completed degree * Availability of schedule * 1 year of experience in transportation line * Work location: Santa Rosa, Apodaca Desirable: * Experience in the maquiladora industry (not essential) What will your responsibilities be? * Management of truck tractor operators. Movements, equipment, shifts, permits, complaints, payroll inquiries, etc. * Customer service for new projects, service incidents, questions, etc. * Analysis of yard movements and preparation of reports for management * Daily yard inspections, container checks, and feedback with the client * Periodic review of assigned shifts, as well as on-site support.
