The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned electronic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with stakeholder satisfaction. This will enable us to accelerate growth, speed, and productivity in Electronics! **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, track progress, and manage daily project activities. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including product, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering—to ensure alignment and timely execution of project activities. * Support implementation of Agile and Waterfall methodologies within project teams. * Lead the project team in developing risk registers and monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed. * Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability. * Ensure compliance with project management processes, phase gates, and documentation standards. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support tracking and reporting of KPIs. * Appropriately manage expectations and promptly escalate deviations, risks, and quality concerns in a constructive, solution-oriented manner. * Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project plan. * Understand power electronics and software development at a level sufficient to lead and challenge the team. * Drive KPI compliance across teams—including but not limited to phase gate adherence, productivity improvement, and zero design-quality defects. **Minimum Required Experience and Skills** ------------------------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment. * Experience in project management within electronic or software manufacturing. * Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an electronic or manufacturing environment. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Familiarity with product development lifecycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). * Solid understanding of product development. * Understanding of the importance of building effective relationships. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of project management tools and software. Plus: * PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification. * Experience working in cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of product development lifecycle and design methodologies. * Knowledge of electronics and software development processes. **Travel Requirements** ----------------------- Approximately 5\-10% We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
