Requirements * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in B2B/industrial digital marketing or construction. * Proven experience in video/photo production and editing. * Ability to speak fluently on camera. * Mandatory portfolio showcasing audiovisual and design work. * Availability for site visits. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute social media strategy * Record and edit videos/photos of projects, interviews, and technical materials. * Design graphic materials for social media and campaigns. * Coordinate paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads. * Measure and report performance (monthly KPIs). Technical Skills * Audiovisual production: filming, editing (Premiere, CapCut). * Graphic design: Adobe Suite / Canva. * Digital advertising: LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads. **Soft Skills:** * Clear communication (oral and written, on camera and in text). * Goal-oriented creativity (not just aesthetics).
