**Education:** Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent **Position type:** Assistant / Specialist / Sr. Specialist / Assistant Manager **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of automotive projects using methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, and Core Tools. * Create and manage project schedules (Gantt, critical path, launch milestones). * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing) and with national and international suppliers. * Ensure compliance with technical deliverables, testing, validations, run\&rate, audits, and engineering releases. * Manage risks, scope changes, deviations, action plans, and control activities. * Prepare executive reports, KPIs, and presentations for leadership and management review meetings. * Supervise deliverables from the product development process (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Flowcharts, etc.). * Monitor project budget, estimated vs. actual costs, and propose optimization actions. **Knowledge and experience:** Basic knowledge of Excel and 80% English proficiency Position type: Full time Salary: Up to $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Dining service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site position
