· Develop, administer, implement, and control the QMS (Quality Management System) programs in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and applicable government requirements. · Maintain the QMS in active status and communicate requirements to involved departments. · Ensure awareness, understanding, and application of the Quality Policy, quality objectives, company mission, vision, and values. · Participate in and oversee corrective actions from other departments generated within the Quality Management System. · Ensure that processes within the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. · Report to senior management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any improvement needs. · Ensure control of Quality Management System documents. · Schedule and monitor internal quality audits to ensure the Quality Management System is maintained, implemented, and improved. · Train staff on various topics related to the Quality Management System. · Identify areas of opportunity and improvement within the Quality Management System. · Know and comply with the quality policy and procedures established by the QMS. · Determine and establish necessary corrective actions for optimal operation of the production area.
