Analyze data from business indicators and the SIMMEX platform to identify deviations during the Onboarding, Tenure, Exit, and Profile System stages. 2\. Generate diagnostic reports for stores, with a focus on collaborator experience. 3\. Follow up on minutes and agreements from working sessions related to Collaborator Experience, badges, and Vector Gente. 4\. Conduct audits during the onboarding stage within Recruitment and Training departments. **Key Decisions:** · Determine the set of stores to visit, subject to approval by the Human Resources Manager of the Site · Propose improvement actions to different departments to promote collaborator well-being at Stores **Requirements:** * Professional degree: Bachelor's or Engineering in a related field. * Standard vehicle operation skills and valid driver's license. * Proven experience in conflict management, information analysis, and Federal Labor Law. * Competencies:** Strategic Vision, Effective Relationships, Organization and Execution.
