




Position Summary: We are seeking administrative staff for digital data validation, ensuring proper documentary verification of Registration and Transfer applications. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive communication regarding the status of reviews At Invercap, we are seeking administrative staff for the Digital Data Validation area, where the documentary validation process will be carried out for incoming Registration and Transfer applications to ensure accurate information submission. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preliminary validation to verify information captured by the Promoter Agent, cross-checking data and documents. * Execute complementary validation of official documents (INE, photograph/video, CURP), verifying compliance with established criteria and confirming information authenticity. * Validate documents to confirm data, signatures, and validity dates. * Determine approval or rejection of submitted folios based on established criteria. * Notify the commercial department of the status of previously reviewed folios. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $13,733.00 * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits: life insurance, food vouchers (8%), savings fund (7%), major medical expense insurance. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Flex Days (additional days beyond vacation, available after 3 months). **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Saturday or Sunday: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Rotating day off: Saturday or Sunday (at the beginning of each month, it will be specified whether you are scheduled for all Sundays or all Saturdays of that month, subject to the Area Supervisor’s direction) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age 18+ * High school diploma, complete academic transcript, or degree certificate * Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday * One year of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **LOCATION:** Monterrey City Center, Pabellón M
