




Position Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and correcting the pre-payroll; preparing payrolls; processing personnel movements in IMSS; and calculating severance payments and indemnities. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll and personnel movement management. 2. Tracking of employee disabilities and IMSS procedures. 3. Proactive and analytical role with a strategic focus. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receiving, carefully reviewing, and correcting the pre\-payroll * Preparing and timely issuing group payrolls * Processing employee terminations, hires, and salary modifications in the payroll and IMSS systems * Maintaining physical and digital archives of IMSS personnel movements * Calculating, processing, and issuing severance payments and indemnities * Calculating, reviewing, and monthly/bi-monthly submitting employer-employee IMSS/RCV/INFONAVIT contributions via SUA for timely payment * Maintaining physical archives of disability certificates, work-related risk documents, vacation records, loans, deductions, withholdings, etc. * Tracking employee disabilities, among other duties REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: * Proactive * Analytical * Organized and planning-oriented * Responsible * Strategic thinker **Important:** Experience with Nominpaq required Employment Type: Indefinite-term, Full-time Salary: $21,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Payroll experience: 2 years (Mandatory) * Payroll software experience: 2 years (Mandatory) * IMSS employee registration and termination experience: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
