Job Summary: Responsible for the administration and coordination of units, yard inventory, and accessories, ensuring vehicles remain in good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Yard and unit accessories inventory management 2. Coordination of unit placement and key handover 3. Service orientation, problem analysis, and teamwork **EDUCATION** Technical Superior University Degree (T.S.U.); Logistics Engineering or related field preferred. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 1 year: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, logistics, inventory management, and unit operation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure customer units remain in good condition throughout their stay, maintaining them in the same condition as received: * Manage the yard inventory where customer units are safeguarded. * Coordinate with security personnel regarding unit placement within the yard. * Manage unit accessories and tools. * Hand over keys and units to be relocated to operators and/or external transporters. * Receive keys from units withdrawn from the plant and securely store them. **SKILLS** Service orientation, problem analysis, teamwork, results orientation, functional planning, proactivity, attention to detail. **WE OFFER** Benefits exceeding legal requirements Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $22,898.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
