Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate human and material resources, oversee processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. SHIFT SUPERVISOR We are in a growth phase and looking for talent interested in embracing new challenges that foster professional development. What do you need? Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. 2 years of warehouse experience (not production). Proficiency in SAP or warehouse management systems. What will be your contribution? Determine the daily work plan for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for the assigned account, analyzing order characteristics and allocating and coordinating required human and material resources for operations. Supervise execution of the daily work plan. Generate management reports for the assigned account, updating and analyzing operational reports to provide decision-making support tools. Verify compliance with hygiene and safety standards for personnel and the warehouse by conducting periodic inspections of facilities and staff to maintain safety levels established by the client and the company. Supervise inventory control during the assigned shift, verifying correct item location and picking, as well as accurate recording of receipts and shipments, supporting inventory accuracy assurance. Supervise the use and maintenance of assigned resources (material and human), defining consumables requirements, scheduling maintenance for assigned equipment, and verifying staff attendance to ensure necessary infrastructure is available to deliver services under agreed-upon terms and company requirements. Foster appropriate personnel conditions by coordinating training activities, communicating safety standards, policies, and operational procedures to ensure staff understand and master guidelines for optimal job performance and achievement of required productivity levels. Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, and client requirements through daily operations. · What’s in it for you?
