




INDUSTRIAL COMPANY **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **Position Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the execution of recruitment processes, personnel administration, and employee assistance. **Responsibilities** Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, candidate follow-up). Management and control of physical and digital personnel files. Support in onboarding, offboarding, and internal personnel transfers. Attendance, incident, and vacation tracking. Addressing and following up on employee inquiries. Support in administrative tasks within the department. Preparation of basic reports. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (preferred). Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of confidentiality.
