




Job Summary: This position involves preparing beverages and cocktails, managing bar inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area to ensure service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Beverage and cocktail preparation following recipes and standards 2. Inventory management and control of bar products and glassware 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the work area Prepare beverages and cocktails according to recipes using appropriate glassware. Cut garnishes and prepare mixtures. Label and rotate bar products according to standards. Ensure clean, dry, undamaged, and odor-free glassware is available at the bar. Inspect food and beverage items thoroughly before delivering them to guests' tables. Promptly inform the manager of any issues or matters of importance. Conduct inventory of the bar area. Weigh bottles to verify quantities. Prepare a list of required supplies. Clean and sanitize refrigerators and ice bins. Check the previous shift’s inventory of bottles and beer. Clean the bar counter, mop and sweep the floor. Conduct inventory of glassware and wine coolers (if applicable). Verify sufficient ice supply or replenish as needed. Set up the bar with all necessary items for service. Refill straws and caps for liter-sized beer or wine bottles (if applicable). Ensure availability of required syrups for beverage preparation. Ensure adherence to recipes.
