Location: Monterrey — LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Our Ideal Candidate Education: Civil Engineer or Architect Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, industrial structural assembly, and inspection. Skills: Dynamic, proactive, responsible, autonomous. Safety-oriented mindset. Resource coordination and administration. Availability to work rotating shifts; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Responsibilities: Execute inspection plans. Prepare findings reports. Participate in scheduling and corrective actions for findings within their sector. Track remediation activities within their sector. Notify and close Work Orders (OTs). Prepare Technical Service Guidelines (TSG), associate them with the corresponding Unit Tasks (UTs) of their sector, and include them in the Work Orders.
