Machining Process Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a Machining Process Engineer with knowledge of quality management systems, IATF16949, and CAD/CAM software to design, optimize, and implement machining and automation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Machining process design and optimization. 2. Process planning development and tool selection. 3. NC program compilation and simulation for CNC equipment. **Machining Process Engineer** * Education level: Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of quality management systems * Knowledge of IATF16949 processes * Proficiency in CAD, UG, Mastercam, or Powermill software * Strong understanding of CNC turning, milling, machining centers, drilling, and threading processes. * Advanced English; conversational fluency is mandatory. **Key Responsibilities** * Process design and optimization * Develop machining process plans for parts; prepare process flowcharts, process cards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Select cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments; determine cutting parameters, processing sequences, and positioning references. * Review 2D/3D drawings; verify dimensions, tolerances, materials, and heat treatment requirements. * Compile and simulate NC programs for CNC equipment (machining centers, CNC lathes, drilling machines, tapping machines, etc.). * Provide procedural support to the production team. * Optimize process routes to reduce costs. * Implement machining processes, automation, and high-efficiency mass production. **We Offer** * $25,000 to $30,000 gross monthly (negotiable based on experience) * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Year-end bonus and vacation premium above statutory requirements * Subsidized cafeteria Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
