Job Description: As a Facilities Assistant, you are responsible for providing daily facility management support and ensuring their proper operation. Key Responsibilities: Drive high commercial performance by understanding contractual commitments. Support the Finance team in preparing month-end accounting entries. Work closely with the contract support team to ensure all responsibilities are completed to a high standard and within established timelines. Timely issuance and receipt of purchase orders (POs). Manage and resolve any issues related to supplier invoices. Prepare reports as requested by the Operations and Finance teams. Achieve KPIs aligned with business requirements. Knowledge Requirements: Purchase order management Billing Contract administration Accounts payable Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Education: Completed bachelor's degree, LAE, or CP. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (capable of conducting simple and business-related conversations).
