We are expanding and seeking talent for the position of: "Logistics Leader" Requirements: * Graduate in Engineering programs. * 3 years of experience in warehouse areas. * Advanced conversational English B2. * Experience with Warehouse Management Module (WMS) in Oracle or SAP. * Process mapping. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the cycle counting process in the organization's warehouses, investigating potential causes of inventory discrepancies. * Implement controls to improve and maintain inventory accuracy above established targets. * Report cycle counting results to Finance and Supply Chain departments. * Implement improvements in logistics processes in the following areas: * Material Handling * Area layout and space optimization * Efficiency in Receipt, Delivery, Order Picking and Cycle Counting processes. * Collaborate with different areas of the Supply Chain department on improvement projects. * Projects involving the IT systems area focused on improving warehouse operational efficiency.
