Job Summary * The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company's VM strategies, standards, and direction are implemented and executed according to expectations. * Act in alignment with the organization’s culture, product, image, and market objectives. This position executes product presentation, styling, and ISM (In Store Marketing) elements to optimize the guest experience. * The Visual Merchandising Specialist implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and full-selling strategies by managing merchandise changes, as well as product displays and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and individually tailored to each store's needs. * Also provides a top-tier guest experience on the sales floor. **Core Job Responsibilities:** \* 1\. Collaborate with the store leadership team to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the sales floor. Organize teams, lead installations, create detailed floor plans distinguishing collections, disciplines, and franchises based on seasonal focuses and color stories. 2\. Provide immediate direct feedback and training related to brand standards, product placement, visual presentation techniques, and ongoing teaching, training, and development for team members (SSC, RM, SM, ASM, KL, EDC). Train and mentor the store team in Visual Merchandising, particularly future VM team members. 3\. Optimize the guest experience through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive in-store navigation for a world-class, guest-centered experience. 4\. Execute strong, visually compelling product presentations in line with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive in-store sales. Conduct walkthroughs with the store team whenever there is a visual presentation change, updates to VM and style manuals. Research fashion trends, design, lifestyle, and demographic trends. 5\. Execute VM changes, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and weekly or seasonal merchandise changes, as well as company-driven product initiatives and campaigns, according to given direction. Change displays to promote new products, launches, and reflect festive and/or seasonal themes. Submit executed photo reports, revisions after feedback, and create a photographic report presentation. 6\. Engage with guests on the sales floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience. 7\. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships and mutual learning with team members. 8\.
